Built 1958 by Matton Shipyard, Cohoes, New York. Originally named the John E. Matton.
83' long x 27' beam x 9' draft
1600 Horsepower 16-567 EMD diesel engine.

"Edith Thornton"
Built in Camden, New Jersey in 1951 for the Reading Railroad as "Tamaqua."
She measures 104' x 27' x 12'.
The tug was extensively rebuilt in 1998 and is powered with a 2100 horsepower EMD 16-645 diesel engine.
Tugs are homeported in Mariner's Harbor, Staten Island, New York
